"Miyagikyo is a single malt with a certain charm aged in sherry casks.
  
The mouth is very round and is not excessive. Lemon and chalk come together and come with white flowers (the same as on the nose) and dried fruits (dried nuts). The second part of the palate gains some elements like green pepper and a mint leaf, bringing a fresh breeze. 
  
The finish brings us closer to vegetal freshness with always a little nut, coconut and tangy apples. We retain a menthol and slightly citric note in the mouth, pleasantly accompanying wax, graphite and pineapple."
