"This excellent bourbon containing a small percentage of wheat bears the name of one of the most charming distilleries in Kentucky. The ample nose reveals aromas of licorice, woody-vanilla, slightly burnt and rubbery. The rather dry mouth develops with finesse on dried fruits (walnuts, raisins) and plum. The finish on peach skin is long."
