"Lot No. 40 is a Canadian Rye whiskey from the Hiram Walker & Sons distillery in Windsor (Ontario). Made exclusively from locally grown rye, Lot No. 40 is distilled for the first time in a column still, then a second time in a copper pot still. Aged in new American white oak barrels, Lot N°40 is a beautiful tribute to the style of whiskey of the very first distillers in North America.
  
In the mouth : rich, dense and spicy. Pepper, clove, evolving into fruity citrus notes and sweet vanilla notes."
