- "The Chugoku Jozo company, established in 1918 near the city of Hiroshima, Japan, was primarily a producer of sake and shochu. In 1990, they decided to add whisky to their product line, thus Togouchi Japanese whisky was born.
- Kiwami (meaning "supreme") is a Japanese whisky from the Chugoku Jozo house. Togouchi whiskies are unique in that they are aged, blended, and diluted exclusively in Japan.
- The distillery matures its whiskies in a 361-meter-long tunnel, providing ideal maturation conditions.
- On the nose, it reveals notes of nuts and fresh herbs; on the palate, it is rich: chocolate and hazelnut, enhanced with honey and a hint of black pepper."
