ÉVADÉ is a single malt French whisky made entirely from French barley and double distilled in pot stills. This whisky has aged between 3 and 4 years in bourbon casks (first and second fill), new American oak casks and ex Sauvignon blanc casks. It is unchill filtered.
  
It offers gourmet notes of dried fruits, dark chocolate, heather honey and baked apple on the nose.
  
The palate is rich, marked by notes of tarte flambée, caramel syrup and nutmeg.
  
The finish is on caramel and precious wood."
