It is in fact a “cask strength” Single Malt, bottled at cask strength, that is to say without adding water.
  
Its manufacturing method recalls the powerful taste of ancient malts. Unlike Aberlour A'bunadh aged only in Sherry barrels, A'bunadh Alba is a cask strength aged 100% in first-fill Bourbon barrels. , for a whiskey that is both pure and invigorating.Alba refers to Quercus Alba, the type of American white oak used during the aging of this whiskey. This oak is particularly suitable for making bourbon barrels thanks to its durability and its ability to absorb water and oxygen.
