- "Maison Louis Latour, a white and red wine merchant and producer in Burgundy, France, was founded in 1797. It prides itself on remaining independent and family-owned. Each generation has worked to preserve this heritage with a visionary and ambitious spirit. Maison Louis Latour represents the largest Grands Crus estate in the Côte-d'Or.
- Domaine de Valmoissine: In 1989, Louis Latour decided to plant Pinot Noir in the Var region with the aim of producing high-quality Pinot Noir at an affordable price. Domaine de Valmoissine is located on the Coteaux du Verdon, in southeastern France, near Aups. The vines are on the site of a former monastery, 500 meters above sea level, thus benefiting from a southern climate: the days are warm and sunny and the nights remain cool, which is beneficial to Pinot Noir.
- Hand-harvested and mechanical.
- Yields are low to ensure the ripeness and concentration of the grapes, which consistently produce high-quality wines. The result is an elegant wine of remarkable finesse.
- Traditional fermentation in open vats, 100% malolactic.
- Aged for 10 to 12 months in stainless steel vats.
- Its nose is powerful with aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant.
- The palate is round and offers notes of blackcurrant and undergrowth.
- The finish reveals a beautiful length on the palate."
