"A green haven perched in the northeast of the department, in the commune of Seillans in the Var department, Anne Dor, the owner, purchased this former iris plantation, which already had 4 hectares of vines, in 1999.
  
Since then, the vineyard has expanded slightly to reach almost 9 hectares of vines. Perfectly exposed on two slopes, sunny and shady, with clay-limestone soil, the grapes often reach their optimal ripeness for producing age-worthy red wines, fragrant white wines, and delicate rosés.
  
Harvested entirely by hand, the grapes undergo numerous selection processes.
  
A little less aging in oak barrels, a little more balance!
  
The nose is expressive, with hints of honey and spices, and the attack is straightforward with subtle notes of white-fleshed fruits.
  
The mid-palate and finish offer aromas of toast and caramel."
