"A green haven perched in the northeast of the department, in the commune of Seillans in the Var, Anne Dor, the owner, bought this former iris plantation, already planted with 4 hectares of vines, in 1999.
  
Since then, the vineyard has expanded slightly to reach almost 9 hectares of vines. Perfectly exposed on two slopes, sunny and shady, with clay-limestone soil, the grapes often reach their optimal ripeness for the production of ageing red wine, fragrant white wine, and delicate rosés.
  
Entirely hand-harvested, the grapes undergo numerous selections.
  
No herbicides, no insecticides, sustainable agriculture, traceability.
  
A delicate and silky wine with already very well-integrated tannins. The Cabernet Sauvignon expresses itself more, and the aging notes from the oak barrels are present but delicate.
  
The Syrah arrives later, to bring pretty notes of red fruits, and lots of roundness."
