- "Located in Nans-les-Pins, 30km north of the Bandol appellation and a stone's throw from the town of Saint Maximim, Domaine Triennes is classified as a Vin de Pays du Var and is distinguished by its activity as a merchant in the production of rosé wines.
- Faced with the impossibility of purchasing a property in Burgundy, the estate was created in 1990 by Aubert de Villaine, also a world star with Romanée-Conti in Burgundy, and Jacques Seysse, another famous Burgundian, who took refuge in the former Logis de Nans north of Bandol. The duo was joined by a wine enthusiast, Michel Macaux, and the estate was then named Domaine de Triennes, after Triennia, a Roman festival held every three years in honor of Bacchus.
- Far from the classic grape varieties of the Coteaux Varois appellation, Domaine Triennes benefits from its atypical planting. Chardonnay, Viognier, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah, naturally adapted to the climate and geology of the region, allowing us to enjoy the three colors from different grape varieties.
- Vinification: Fermentation in vats under controlled temperatures.
- Aged 100% in vats to preserve the freshness and character of the grape variety.
- Intense nose of apricot, honeysuckle, white flowers, and lavender honey.
- Aromas of peach.
- Dynamic balance between aromatic richness, acidity, and minerality."
