It comes from the agave, a plant whose slow growth requires waiting several years before it flowers.
  
After maturing for nearly 10 years, the agave is harvested and it is the very juicy heart, called "piña", which is used to produce tequila alcohol.
  
After a fermentation stage, the juice is distilled to obtain Tequila Tiscaz, known for the sweetness of its aromas and its fresh notes of blue agave."
