For its production, we mainly use the famous Noir blackcurrant variety from Burgundy, considered the most aromatic in the world, and harvested in France. Carefully selected, the berries are quickly transported to Nuits-St-Georges.
 
 
Nose: an explosion of fruit, with freshly crushed blackcurrants.
 
 
Palate: immediate intensity on the palate, bursting with brightness and depth. Great finesse followed by a long, satisfying finish."
