"The estate is located in Chavanay in the northern Côtes du Rhône, in the heart of the Pilat Regional Natural Park. Roland Grangier cultivates and vinifies 11 ha spread over three appellations: Condrieu, St Joseph, Côte Rôtie and Vins de Pays.
  
Agriculture has always been part of the family history, whether in livestock farming, arboriculture or viticulture.
  
Marc Manoa, Roland's grandfather, was a farmer, he cultivated vines in the commune of Pélussin, he made wine and had a dairy farm.
  
Charles Grangier, Roland's father, after a few years spent on his brother-in-law's farm, settled in the commune of Chavanay by creating a mixed farming operation (vines and fruit trees).
  
The Savarin blanc Moelleux can be enjoyed as an aperitif or will accompany desserts."
