The basic element of St Raphaël bears the mysterious name “mistelle”. It is obtained by mutating grape juice with alcohol to stop fermentation and preserve the natural sugar of the original grapes.
  
Then the peels of cinchona and bitter oranges, vanilla and cocoa are added and macerate slowly in alcohol, until the aromas are completely absorbed.
  
 Red Quina is a new recipe.
  
 Intense and distinguished, comes from a subtle blend of plants and spices where cocoa dominates.
  
 On the palate, a great vinosity gives the attack an impression of vigor well balanced by softness and a good tannic structure provided by the cinchona and colombo woods.
