- "The emblem of the vineyard, Maison Amirault was built in the early 1800s and acquired by Xavier's great-great-grandfather in 1830. But it was in 1893 that Octave Amirault, Xavier's great-grandfather, turned it into a wine estate.
- Today the estate covers 37 hectares. Guided by their convictions and a strong desire to respect the environment, the Amiraults produce living wines. Working with common sense and simplicity to preserve the environment, they have chosen biodynamic agriculture.
- A soil study was conducted across the entire estate, which made it possible to identify 12 terroir units, each of which is worked according to its own needs.
- Biodynamic agriculture brings out the liveliness of the red fruits in this wine from vines in the lowest part of the Saint-Nicolas hillside. Here it has a sensation of freshness, crisp fruits with a light texture, silky and so pleasant. The finish is expressed on a beautiful length of stone fruits
- Light, fruity nose (ripe red berries), sweet spices, all in finesse.
- Concentrated, ample, dense and round mouth."
