"The estate is located in Chavanay in the northern Côtes du Rhône, in the heart of the Pilat Regional Natural Park. Roland Grangier cultivates and vinifies 11 hectares spread across three appellations: Condrieu, St. Joseph, Côte Rôtie, and Vins de Pays.
  
Agriculture has always been part of the family's history, whether in livestock farming, arboriculture, or viticulture.
  
Marc Manoa, Roland's grandfather, was a farmer. He cultivated vineyards in the commune of Pélussin, made wine, and raised dairy cows.
  
Charles Grangier, Roland's father, after spending a few years on his brother-in-law's farm, settled in the commune of Chavanay and created a mixed farm (vines and fruit trees).
  
In 2002, Roland Grangier created Domaine Grangier with 1.5 hectares of vines, taking over the vineyards of his parents and a neighbor. He expanded by planting Saint Joseph Blanc, Saint Joseph Rouge, and Condrieu grapes to dedicate the estate exclusively to the cultivation of vines.
  
After two years of work, in 2012, Roland and Céline Grangier moved into a new cellar. A winery, a vat room, and a tasting room were built.
  
Harvest: Manual.
  
The grapes, after being manually harvested, are destemmed and pressed. Settling takes place, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Transferred to barrels at the end of alcoholic fermentation with temperature control, and malolactic fermentation in barrels.
  
Aged in oak barrels for 6 months.
  
Very aromatic dry white wine, with a bright yellow color and aromas of white flowers and citrus.
