"In 1935, Clarence Dillon, a major American financier, fell under the spell of this estate and acquired it, perpetuating for four generations the tradition of a French art of living combining exceptional wines and high-flying gastronomy.
  
Domaine Clarence Dillon brings together, within the same family company, some of the most prestigious wine estates on the planet: Château Haut-Brion (Premier Cru Classé in 1855), Château La Mission Haut-Brion (Cru Classé de Graves), Château Quintus (Saint-Émilion Grand Cru) and Clarendelle.
  
The creation in 2005 of Clarence Dillon Wines, which has now become one of the most important Bordeaux wine merchants and of "Clarendelle, Inspired by Haut-Brion", the first high-end Bordeaux wine brand, illustrates the visionary and pioneering nature of the company.
  
The wines are kept in the cellar for several years and are only sold when they are apogee.
  
In 2011, Domaine Clarence Dillon acquired a superb Saint-Emilion property, now renamed Château Quintus. In 2013, Château Quintus acquired another neighbouring property, as well as a third in 2021. These three exceptional properties now form a 45-hectare vineyard producing one of the best Saint-Emilion wines.
  
The first nose is delicate, fruity with woody vanilla notes.
  
On the palate, the attack is tasty and tender.
  
The finish, still a little tannic, stretches normally and leaves a beautiful impression of fruit."
