- "An exceptional company founded in 1868, Nicolas Alziari produces fine olive oils, AOP Nice olive oils, and organically grown oils.
- In the 1990s, the Piot family purchased the last olive oil mill in Nice from the Alziari-Nègre family. The Alziari company, which had been a milling and trading company since 1868, became one of the largest olive oil companies in France under the influence of the Piot family. The Piot family introduced a new profession to the company: that of producer.
- Today, the Nicolas Alziari company is a small family business of about twenty people whose priority is the quality of the products it offers, as well as customer satisfaction.
- A jar of small black olives, a variety typical of the Côte d'Azur. The 'cailletier' variety is the most widespread in the region. Like olive oil, this product is our specialty. At each harvest, the fruit is sorted, placed in barrels, and then stored in a cellar where the master confectioner ensures its ripeness for at least six months before achieving exceptional results.
- This variety has a delicate flesh, which can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a side dish.
- Keep refrigerated after opening.
