"Château Minuty is located in Gassin, on the Saint-Tropez peninsula in the Var and covers 70 hectares. It has belonged to the Matton-Farnet family for over 80 years and has evolved over 4 generations.
  
Built during the reign of Napoleon III, Château Minuty was purchased in 1936 by Gabriel Farnet who undertook to restore it to its former splendor.
  
In 1955, Château Minuty obtained the title of Cru Classé and thus entered the 23 "Cru classé" Côtes de Provence properties.
  
Monique and Etienne Matton, thanks to their dedicated work, were able to largely contribute to establishing the reputation of Château Minuty on the greatest tables of the Côte d'Azur. Today, brothers Jean-Etienne and François Matton are worthily taking over while infusing the estate with a modern spirit.
  
In order to anticipate the growing demand for Côtes de Provence Rosés in the world, the Matton family created Minuty S.A. in 1995 with the aim of marketing the Château's wines and branded wines from the trade.
  
Minuty SA, the leading partner of Château Minuty, offers the M and Prestige product lines. The famous Or and 281 lines are also included.

This cuvée is a property wine. It was born in 2009 with the desire to push even further the search for delicacy and elegance in the mouth as well as the aromatic generosity on the nose, signatures of the Domaine. For this, the three great terroirs of the Domaine have been expertly blended and as such Rose et Or embodies the taste of Château Minuty.
  
A very fine cuvée: aromas with notes of citrus and scrubland. The mouth is airy.
  
Its minerality gives it a very particular freshness supported by a salinity specific to the terroir."
