Château Minuty is located in Gassin, on the Saint-Tropez peninsula in the Var region, and covers 70 hectares. It has belonged to the Matton-Farnet family for over 80 years and has evolved over four generations.
  
Built during the reign of Napoleon III, Château Minuty was purchased in 1936 by Gabriel Farnet, who undertook to restore it to its former splendor.
  
In 1955, Château Minuty was awarded the Cru Classé title, thus becoming one of the 23 "Cru Classé" Côtes de Provence properties.
  
Monique and Etienne Matton, through their dedicated work, have largely contributed to establishing Château Minuty's reputation at the finest restaurants on the Côte d'Azur. Today, brothers Jean-Etienne and François Matton are proudly taking over while infusing the estate with a modern spirit.
  
In anticipation of the growing demand for Côtes de Provence rosés in the The Matton family founded Minuty S.A. in 1995 with the aim of marketing the Château's wines and branded wines from the merchant sector, such as the M, Bailly, and Prestige cuvées.
  
Selection of free-run and pressed juices, cold pressing, and fermentation, no malolactic fermentation.
  
This cuvée was born over 25 years ago with the desire of Jean-Etienne and François Matton to offer a wide audience of lovers of Provençal rosés a wine that combines aromatic expression and lightness on the palate with a deep mastery of the terroirs of Provence. The bottle design was revised in 2020.
  
A cuvée with a crystalline color, which presents a finesse on the nose. Notes of tangy red fruits dominate.
