"Château Minuty is located in Gassin, on the Saint-Tropez peninsula in the Var and extends over 70 hectares. It has belonged to the Matton-Farnet family for more than 80 years and has evolved under 4 generations.
  
Built during the reign of Napoleon III, Château Minuty was purchased in 1936 by Gabriel Farnet who undertook to restore it to its former splendor.
  
In 1955, Château Minuty obtained the title of Cru Classé and thus entered the 23 “Cru Classé” Côtes de Provence properties.
  
Monique and Etienne Matton have, thanks to their dedicated work, been able to largely contribute to establishing the reputation of Château Minuty on the greatest tables on the Côte d'Azur. Today, brothers Jean-Etienne and François Matton are taking over with dignity while infusing the estate with a modern spirit.
  
In order to anticipate the growing demand for Rosés Côtes de Provence around the world, the Matton family created Minuty S.A. in 1995 with the objective of marketing Château wines and branded wines from trading such as the M and Bailly vintages as well as than Prestige.
  
Vinification with rigorous selection and short macerations.
  
An ultra aromatic wine, accessible with a profusion of small red fruits, cranberries, raspberries, redcurrants.
  
This is followed by aromas of small black fruits, more discreet but present, such as blackcurrant and finally very pleasant notes of liquorice."
