"Château Minuty is located in Gassin, on the Saint-Tropez peninsula in the Var and covers 70 hectares. It has belonged to the Matton-Farnet family for over 80 years and has evolved over 4 generations.
  
Built during the reign of Napoleon III, Château Minuty was purchased in 1936 by Gabriel Farnet who undertook to restore it to its former splendor.
  
In 1955, Château Minuty obtained the title of Cru Classé and thus entered the 23 "Cru classé" Côtes de Provence properties.
  
Monique and Etienne Matton, thanks to their dedicated work, were able to largely contribute to establishing the reputation of Château Minuty on the greatest tables of the Côte d'Azur. Today, brothers Jean-Etienne and François Matton are worthily taking over while infusing the estate with a modern spirit.
  
In order to anticipate the growing demand for Côtes de Provence Rosés in the world, the Matton family created Minuty S.A. in 1995 with the aim of marketing the Château's wines and branded wines from the trade such as the M, Bailly and Prestige vintages.
  
The pressing, settling and fermentation are carried out at low temperature, no malolactic fermentation as with rosés.
  
Aged in vats, always to preserve the freshness of the wine.
  
A nose with notes of citrus fruits, yellow lemon and yellow grapefruit which then opens onto green melon from Spain.
  
On the palate, it is lively, thirst-quenching, still lemony, rather green this time, with notes of anise and those of freshly cut herbs."
