The lavender honey from Provence, which is very light, is also very fruity, tasty and refined. Typically Provençal, its floral and tangy aromas reveal nuances of sweet almond. There is a slight scent of lavender. This honey is antirheumatic, an antiseptic, an anti-inflammatory and is highlighted thanks to its properties that calm hypertension and insomnia."
