"La Escondida is a mezcal produced from 100% hand-harvested Espadin agave from the Oaxaca region of Mexico.
  
This "Blanco" mezcal has undergone a double distillation in copper pot stills and has been bottled without prior aging.
  
There are earthy and smoky notes on the nose, typical of this spirit, as well as notes of honey and pepper."
