"Mas de l’Oncle was established in 2004 as a family-owned vineyard. In 2011, the estate was taken over by Fabrice Bonmarchand, who gave new momentum to the winemaking project.
 
 
Since 2016, the estate has been certified organic, reflecting a commitment to respecting the terroir, soils, and environment—without chemical herbicides, using manual or mechanical work, and always in harmony with nature.
 
 
In 2017, the estate built a new winery designed by architect Rudy Ricciotti, highlighting the importance not only of wine quality but also of hospitality, aesthetics, and the overall wine experience."
