- "When in the 17th century, Michel Muré settled in Rouffach, south of Colmar, to cultivate vines, he was far from imagining the great adventure he was preparing for his descendants.
- In 1935, sensing exceptional quality potential, Alfred Muré completed his properties with Clos Saint Landelin, rebuilt the dry stone walls and replanted the terraces of the 12 hectares, ideally sunny and sheltered from the rain.
- Today, it is his great-grandchildren Véronique and Thomas, the 12th generation, who passionately exploit the treasures of this monopoly in biodynamic cultivation and the sumptuous surrounding terroirs.
- This wine is semi-dry.
- Manual harvest.
- Fermentation with native yeasts and aging on fine lees.
- Notes of ripe citrus fruits and acacia flowers, rich substance, broad acidity.
- Finale with a beautiful spicy trail."
