"Made in Provence Diffusion is the trading and marketing company of Virginie Fabre and Guillaume Philip, owners since 2007 of the excellent Domaine des Diables in Puyloubier.
  
The story begins in 1979 with the creation, by Virginie's father, of a vineyard in the scree, at the foot of the Cézanne mountain, in Puyloubier. Busy with his occupations, the farmer does not find the time to create his own cellar and it is the trade that benefits from the quality of his wine. But we have to believe that he loves his job and shares his passion since his daughter, Virginie, decides to embark on the adventure. To start with a solid foundation, she had the excellent idea of ​​studying at the viti-eono and wine trade school in Montpellier. It is the right choice for the "power of two" since beyond the quality of the teaching provided and assimilated, she meets, on the benches of an amphitheatre, the man who will become her companion, Guillaume Philip .
  
Vinification : Direct pressing away from oxygen. Fermentation at low temperature.
  
Aging : On fine lees for 4 months.
  
On the nose, the wine is flattering and explosive with notes of white flowers and small yellow fruits.
  
On the palate it is a wine with great finesse which is ideal for summer aperitifs or light meals."
