"Château Bouteilley has belonged to the Guillot family since 1617, this estate is located in the town of Yrac, 13 kilometers from Bordeaux.
  
Vinification begins with total destemming and then fermentation and long maceration in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Thanks to an invention by Mr Jean Guillot, the marc hat is always submerged and is raised every day.
  
This aging in stainless steel tanks lasts a minimum of 18 months. Bottled at the estate, this wine has a bright future ahead of it.
  
Complex nose, notes of candied fruit and vanilla.
  
Mouth full of roundness and suppleness.
  
Very well balanced with a long finish."
