“La Hechicera rum originates from Colombia.
  
Hechicera means “enchantress” in Spanish.
  
The Hechicera bottle - elegantly stamped with an imposing bright blue wax seal - is decorated with tropical landscapes, populated by monkeys, parrots and butterflies which appear in transparency. The cardboard case also reveals an enchanting decor.
  
Distilled in a continuous column, La Hechicera old rum is a blend of rums aged according to the Solera method between 12 and 21 years in American oak barrels.
  
It is then bottled without undergoing filtration or adding coloring, which is quite rare for rums from this region. And the result is an extremely pure and authentic rum.
  
La Hechicera reveals a nose mixed with scents of plum, cocoa, banana and mint.
  
The palate is both sweet and rich, evoking the flavors of dark chocolate, cinnamon and pepper."
