"La Bastide blanche is a family estate established in Sainte-Anne du Castellet for three generations where they produce organic wines in AOC Bandol.
  
La Bastide Blanche is located at the foot of the Sainte-Baume mountain, just a few kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea. The soil is predominantly limestone.
  
All grapes are harvested by hand. Required in Bandol, this practice makes it possible to finely sort the bunches during harvest and protect the berries until they arrive in the cellar.
  
Aged for 18 months in casks.
  
Nose : Black fruits, citron, notes of liquorice when allowed to breathe, bergamot, peony.
  
Mouth : Fresh attack, evolving into elegant mature tannins.
  
Fresh, spicy and floral finish."
