In the 1990s, the Piot family purchased the last olive oil mill in Nice from the Alziari-Nègre family. The Alziari company, which had been a milling and trading company since 1868, became one of the largest olive oil companies in France under the influence of the Piot family. The Piot family brought a new profession to the company: that of producer.
  
Today, the Nicolas Alziari company is a small family business of about twenty people whose priority is the quality of its products but also customer satisfaction.
  
Since 1868, the mill has been offering this single-varietal olive oil. Made from the 'Cailletier' variety, harvested on our estates, it has a very light taste and distinctive aromas. Fine. Ideal for crudités. Olive oil from France.
  
This year, Nice olive oil has notes of dried herbs and flowers on the nose.
  
On the palate, we find almond, artichoke, broom flower, hay, notes of pastry, ripe apple, and dried fruit.
