In the 1990s, the Piot family acquired the last olive oil mill in Nice from the Alziari-Nègre family. Under the Piots’ guidance, the Alziari company, a miller and merchant since 1868, became one of France’s leading olive oil houses, with the family adding the role of producer to the company. Today, Nicolas Alziari remains a small, family-run business of around twenty people, dedicated to product quality and customer satisfaction.
 
 
Since 1868, the mill has produced this single-variety olive oil from the 'Cailletier' olive grown on their estates. It is very light in taste with delicate aromas, making it ideal for raw vegetables. Olive oil from France.
