"Gin Mare is crafted using traditional Mediterranean techniques, with delicate maceration and separate distillation for each botanical, allowing every plant to express its unique character. Its aromas come from Spanish olive oil, Greek rosemary, Italian basil, Turkish thyme, Spanish orange and lemon, as well as coriander, juniper berries, and green cardamom.
 
 
Each bottle is produced at the distillery, a 13th-century hermitage located in a former fishing village between the Costa Brava and Costa Dorada.
 
 
Nose : Subtle olive notes merge with aromatic herbs such as thyme and rosemary. Hints of lavender and bergamot weave through the bouquet.
 
 
Palate : Fresh and lively, yet smooth, it showcases its botanicals in harmony—basil and sage take the lead, complemented by delicate citrus and floral notes, alongside the subtle presence of olives."
