"Gin Mare is a gin made with traditional Mediterranean techniques, with delicate maceration and independent distillation, which allows each plant to express its own character. The aromas present in this gin come from olive oil from Spain, rosemary from Greece, basil from Italy, thyme from Turkey, orange and lemon from Spain as well as coriander, juniper berry and green cardamom.
  
Each bottle of Gin Mare is made in the distillery, a 13th century hermitage, located in an ancient fishing village between the Costa Brava and Costa Dorada.
  
 Nose : Delicate notes of olive join aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary). Lavender and bergamot make their way into this profile.
  
 Mouth : Although it retains its fresh momentum, it is creamy, taking up its powerful aromatics in chorus (basil and sage as reinforcements). A light touch of citrus and flowers are there to combine with the subtle notes of olives."
