"Gambetta is a syrup, therefore a non-alcoholic drink, of ancient Provençal origin, which is mainly found in the south of France.
  
It is obtained by maceration of plants, fruits and plant barks (about fifty including fig, mandarin, gentian) and added caramel, sugar, citric acid, glucose syrup, fructose syrup."
