"More than a century ago, the Bertrand family took over a restaurant and set up shop in the centre of the village opposite the church and near the town hall. Inspired by the surrounding agricultural and brewing activities, the family began distilling local fruits.
  
Nearly 150 years later, Uberach continues to witness tradition and be a theatre of innovation, thanks to heirs of spirit pursuing the same quest as their founders.
  
On the eve of its 150th anniversary, the distillery is highlighting some of the finest revelations from its cellar. This new Eaux-de-vie Héritage range is a perfect blend of traditional eaux-de-vie and exceptional reserves. The recipes have been carefully selected to offer the very essence of what has made the distillery famous. From the most emblematic varieties to more atypical local fruits, this new range revalues ​​old exceptional references. Distilled using the traditional method Bertrand, they perpetuate the know-how and offer new delicate and powerful aromas.
  
Development: A slow and meticulous operation in Holstein column stills combined with the distiller's experience to preserve all the quintessence of the fruits then aging in barrels for the old plum, kirsch and mirabelle plum or in vats to restore the aroma, purity and roundness of the fruit from the heart of the heating.
  
Inspired by the generosity of the tree of life of the Bertrand Distillery, these eaux-de-vie have benefited from a long resting time and perpetuate the heritage of patience and know-how.
