"Cordelier takes its name from the Cordeliers convent located in Forcalquier.
  
It is obtained by distillation of white and red grape marc from Provence.
  
It has elegant and fine aromas and this clear and very fragrant Eau de Vie.
  
Cordelier is made from several marcs from red and white grape varieties whose percentages can vary from one year to the next :
- Red grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah.
- Fruity and aromatic white grape varieties: Viognier, Clairette, Roussane, Bourboulenc and Grenache.
  
All the marcs come from organic AOP Pierrevert and Lubéron grape varieties.
  
At the table, Cordelier goes wonderfully with caviar, smoked salmon and chocolate desserts.- This eau de vie is also excellent for a "Trou Provençal".
