"An estate where the work of the vineyard is perpetuated from generation to generation. Edme Houssier (1831-1909) is the oldest winegrower in the family. The cellar that he had built is still used in the current operation.
  
Hélène Mardon, Pierre's daughter, returned to the estate in 2002. She manages the estate and the different stages of wine marketing. She is proud to continue the family tradition.
  
The sauvignons are vinified by direct pressing, followed by settling for 24 hours. They are fermented then aged in thermo-regulated vats for three months before bottling.
