The wines have come from Certified Organic Agriculture since 2009 on gneiss and micaschist soils.

The Domaine des Planes was purchased in 1980 by Ilse Rieder-Eberbach and Christophe Rieder, graduates of the Geisenheim School of Viticulture and Oenology in Germany.
  
The former owner, Mr. Paul A Müller, had already cultivated the Estate ecologically and had given himself to continue in this spirit.
  

  
Since 2005, the SCEA les Planes Famille Rieder was created and the son Stéphane, a graduate in oenology, started at the Domaine and in 2007 his brother Oliver, a graduate of a business school and a BTS in Viticulture and Oenology joined their mother.
  
In 2016, it was David, the youngest of the brothers, a graduate of a BTS in viticulture and oenology, who completed the family team whose tasks are well defined.
  
Tiboulen is synonymous with Tibouren, a typical Provençal grape variety.
  
Vinification: 100% destemming, cold maceration. Low temperature fermentation.
