  • "Domaine de Lauzières is a family-owned vineyard located in the heart of the Alpilles, in Mouriès, in the hamlet of Le Destet. Covering 31 hectares of vines, 25 hectares of olive trees, and 16 hectares of garrigue, it benefits from a unique clay-limestone terroir, ideal for biodynamic cultivation.
  • The estate’s history dates back to the 16th century, when Huguenots sought refuge in the region. In 1992, Gérard Pillon and his partner discovered this historically rich site and decided to restore it. In 2011, his son Christophe took over, continuing his father’s work with a modern and environmentally conscious vision.
  • Since 1992, the estate has practiced organic farming, quickly moving towards biodynamics. In 2015, it obtained Demeter certification for its wines and olive oil, reflecting its commitment to sustainable, nature-friendly viticulture.
  • The wines are vinified without chemical additives, using indigenous yeasts, and aged in amphorae or stainless steel tanks. Harvesting is done by hand, at night, to preserve the freshness and quality of the grapes.
  • Nose: Lovely floral bouquet with notes of white flowers.
  • Palate: Full-bodied and intense, with a persistent, fresh finish enhanced by a beautiful minerality.
  • Winemaking of this Sine Nomine White: Hand-harvested at night, whole-cluster pressing, cold settling, fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
  • Aging: 16 months in egg-shaped vats."
