"Mediterranean-inspired wine. Like a journey in an amphora... Born from the meeting with Elisabetta Foradori, the idea of ​​vinifying the beautiful Mourvèdres in terracotta jars was born in 2013.
  
Today, eight beautiful, soft-shaped amphorae, from La Mancha via Trentino, welcome the Mourvèdres each year for 6 months in infusion.
  
The result is a wine that is the antithesis of Bandol, with a fruit freshness that is still unknown and a very fine material.
  
Aged 6 months in tinajas + 2 months in vats. Not fined. Not filtered.
