"Mediterranean-inspired wine. Like a journey in an amphora... Born from the meeting with Elisabetta Foradori, the idea of ​​vinifying the beautiful Mourvèdres in terracotta jars was born in 2013.
  
Today, eight beautiful soft-shaped amphorae, coming from La Mancha via Trentino, welcome the Mourvèdres each year, for 6 months in infusion.
  
Vinified and aged in stainless steel vats.
  
Full of nuances, the wine exudes aromas that are both invigorating and delicious.
  
A tender and spicy mouthfeel gives this rosé a wide range of pairings ranging from seafood to spicy dishes from North Africa.
  
Against all preconceived ideas, and surely thanks to the Mourvèdre, this rosé ages well. Its color becomes amber, its nose more complex."
