"This Vedrenne Vineyard Peach Cream is made with an infusion of whole vine peaches. These are harvested by a fruit cooperative in the Monts du Lyonnais, 70% of whose producers are certified High Environmental Value.
  
The production process respects the fruit and takes into account its fragility: the maceration of the peaches in alcohol takes place in rotating stainless steel vats, protected from air and light.
