After several years in fine-grained French oak barrels, the spirit develops nutty notes and ages to produce a sweet, caramelized flavor of toasted almonds. Distillation on lees is a complex process but it gives fruity and musky notes, with an aroma of jasmine.
  • In the mouth : The mouth gives a long finish. The finish is of toasted almonds, butterscotch and stone fruit. A dry, baking spice finish."
