"Évadé is a complete range of whiskies grown, distilled, and aged in France, uncolored, unchill-filtered, and free of any additives. The range consists of four whiskies, each with a unique and distinct aromatic profile that reveals true French expertise.
  
ÉVADÉ single malt whisky, 40%: Double distilled in a Charentais still. French single malt whisky made entirely from French barley and double distilled in pot stills. This whisky has aged between 3 and 4 years in bourbon casks (first and second fill), new American oak casks, and former Sauvignon Blanc casks. It is unchill-filtered. It offers gourmet notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate, heather honey, and baked apple on the nose. The palate is rich, marked by notes of tarte flambée, caramel syrup, and nutmeg. The finish is caramel and precious wood.
  
ÉVADÉ peated single malt whisky, 43%: Double distillation in a Charentais still - Made entirely from French barley - Blend of juices aged between 4 and 7 years in bourbon barrels (Heaven Hill) and American oak barrels - Hamburg peat imparts vegetal aromas. Clean, smoky, and floral nose. Delicate palate: caramel flan, vanilla cream, honeysuckle, and heather. Elegant, floral, and herbaceous finish.
  
ÉVADÉ single malt red wine cask finish whisky, 43%: Double distillation in a Charentais still - Barley grown and distilled in France, cask-finish whisky: juices aged between 3 and 5 years, then matured in Grand Cru red Bordeaux barrels, French whisky that is neither colored nor chill-filtered and without additives. Fruity and round nose, ripe red fruits, cooked peaches, and apricot compote. Silky palate, vinous and tannic notes, yellow peaches, and tea leaves. Lingering, dry finish with fruity and tangy notes.
