- "Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Rose-Adélaïde Jouët shared the same passion for nature and the arts. She was a cultivated young woman from a family of Norman merchants, he a distinguished winegrower and botanist. In 1811, a year after their marriage, they founded Maison Perrier-Jouët to respond to their desire to create a different Champagne House. The founders' passion for art, nature and champagne has been passed down from generation to generation.
- A botanist like his father, their son Charles Perrier took over the management of the House in 1848. The family philosophy, favoring creativity and an unconventional observation of nature, is inseparable from the history of champagne. Today, these values continue to shape and define Maison Perrier-Jouët.
- Listening to its environment, Maison Perrier-Jouët dresses this cuvée (for bottle formats only) in an innovative box. Made in France from 100% natural fibers from FSC-certified forests, the Ecobox is a gift box designed sustainably, namely without any mineral oil and limiting the consumption of ink and water.
- On the nose, we perceive notes of white flowers (orchard flowers, linden, honeysuckle), fresh fruits (lemon, peach) and yellow fruits (apricot, mango) which give way to a pleasant evolution towards buttery, brioche touches. and vanilla.
- On the palate, the attack is frank. The champagne has structure, balance, roundness and a slight vinosity. A fresh wine that finds its balance in its complexity."
