"Domaine Clos Saint-Vincent is located in the hills above Nice, with vines planted on terraces on the Saquier hill. The Sicardi and Sergi families acquired the Clos Saint Vincent property in 1993. This small 10-hectare estate is farmed organically and biodynamically. The two red wines, Le Clos and Vino Di Gio, are made primarily from Folle Noire, with a small percentage of Mourvèdre for Le Clos.
  
The complex white Vino Di Gio was produced using skin maceration, light pressing, settling, and barrel fermentation.
