"Domaine Clos Saint-Vincent is located in the hills above Nice, with vines planted on terraces on the Saquier hill. The Sicardi and Sergi families acquired the Clos Saint Vincent property in 1993. This small 10-hectare estate is farmed organically and biodynamically.
  
Vinification: Harvesting is done by hand; the grapes are picked at their peak of ripeness and carefully sorted to ensure the best results.
  
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, with skin-contact maceration to achieve a lovely light salmon color.
  
On the nose: small red fruits and rose aromas enchant us.
  
The palate is very round and full of finesse.
  
The long, vibrant finish is magnificent."
