- "The Clos Saint-Vincent estate is located on the hills above Nice, with vineyards planted on terraces on the Saquier hillside. The Sicardi and Sergi families acquired the Clos Saint-Vincent estate in 1993. This small 10-hectare estate is managed organically and biodynamically.
- Vinification : Grapes are hand-harvested at peak ripeness and carefully sorted to ensure the highest quality. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with manual punch-downs, and maceration can last up to 30 days. The wine is bottled after 12 to 16 months aging in French oak barrels, without fining or filtration.
- This ruby-colored cuvée has a reserved nose in its youth, which will develop beautifully with aging.
- On the palate, the finesse of the appellation expresses itself with graphite notes blending with ripe cherry flavors."
