"The Château de l'Escarelle is located in La Celle in the heart of Provence. The estate extends over 1100 hectares of unspoiled nature where 100 hectares of vines flourish in a magnificent setting. Garrigues, strawberry trees and oaks constitute the wealth of this unique place in Provence.
  
Passionate about sustainable development, Yann Pineau, the owner of the Château de l'Escarelle since 2014, fell under the spell of this setting surrounded by wild nature with the scent of thyme, rosemary and lavender. On the 1000 hectares of the estate, the 100-hectare vineyard is certified High Environmental Value and converted to Organic Agriculture since 2020.
  
The harvests are mechanical and carried out very early in the night to obtain this pale color.
  
The vinification is traditional and carried out in stainless steel vats. The alcoholic fermentation is thermoregulated and the malolactic fermentation blocked to preserve the freshness of the aromas.
  
Flattering nose with aromas of pineapple and citrus fruits.
  
Ample and long mouth, white flowers and notes of exotic fruits."
