- "In the heart of Provence, this estate was created in the 10th century, along the Via Aurélia, in Brignoles in the Var. It was once frequented by the Counts of Provence. Situated on a cliff, Château Bellini overlooks a water area called Fontlade.
- Tom Bove, an American businessman, spent eighteen years building a formidable reputation for organically produced wines at his family home in Provence, Château Miraval. After leaving Miraval, he continued his quest for new vineyards in Provence and, in 2016, took over Château Bellini. Following his acquisition, Tom Bove undertook a complete renovation of the estate in order to restore it to its original beauty and bring a touch of modernity to the estate and cellar.
- Bellini is not a name that was chosen at random. 2016, the year of the estate's rebirth, marked the 500th anniversary of the death of Giovanni Bellini, the famous painter Venetian. Between the art of making good wine and the art of hosting, this name suits Tom Bove's estate perfectly. He multiplies the opportunities to exchange around his wines, in his magnificent cellar, with direct access to the cellar, and in the vines for real moments of sharing.
