A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure Agronomique (ENSA) in Dijon in 1991, Nicolas Gueusquin completed his training with an MBA at the Ecole Supérieure de Reims in 1992. With his first professional experience taking him to Paris where he worked for 9 months for the Union Nationale des Coopératives Agricoles d'approvisionnements (UNCAA). He changed direction from 1993 to 1994 by joining Banque Populaire Lorraine Champagne to take care of financing in viticulture.
  
Attracted by the total control of the Champagne sector, from production to the sale of the bottle, he decided to found his company "Les Roches Blanches" in 1994 in Dizy. It was in this tourist village, along the Marne, then now in Oiry, at the entrance to the Côte des Blancs, that he chose to develop his different vintages, now 6 in number, under his own brand.
  
Its nose and palate, where aromas of red fruits and toasted notes mingle, reveal a sensation of maturity and obvious freshness with in addition lovely notes of citrus and brioche."
